Dustin has been in the industry long enough to have exposure to all types of losses, big or small. He works with many colleagues and mentors to ensure he continues to learn and always provides the best service to clients. The most important part of his involvement is that there is a genuine love of this industry and doing his part to see the team excel. He is a true family man to his wife and two young daughters. Besides working he enjoys the outdoors, traveling and being on the coast.
Tim Moreau
Tim Moreau is so thankful to be a part of this company. Growing up most of us don’t know what we truly wanted to be, one thing Tim knew for sure was he wanted a career that allowed him to help people in a time of need. This industry continues to provide countless opportunities to step up and fill the needs of others. This company in particular has been such a blessing, they have truly pursued excellence in everything that they do. When he is not working he’s spending time with his family, his wife Megan and his children Davis, MollyKate and Beckett. They often enjoy short getaways to the beach that allow them to spend quality time together with minimal distraction. He also enjoys time with friends golfing and fishing.

He’s highly motivated by his family. He is an amazing husband and father of 2 wonderful girls. He loves to spend time outside, go to the beach, travel to new places, and of course, do it all with his wife and kids.
Tim Moreau
Tim has been in the construction industry for 10+ years and in the mitigation industry for 3. He enjoys the business development side of it all as well. He enjoys making connections with others while supporting and growing his company.
He is a great father and husband and enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. In his free time, he loves to go golfing, hunting, and fishing. As a family they enjoy traveling, being active in their church, and giving back to the community with the various charities they’re involved with.
